The building code supersedes the drawings, the contractor, the owner, and all else. SCA inspectors know the codes, we have a keen eye for hazardous and potential violating conditions that workers and in-house supervisors may oversee or ignore. We will conduct a detailed walkthrough to help keep your job site safe with a final report provided.

ECB Violations & Stop Work Orders 

Tired of getting violations that say “work contrary to drawings” that cost hundreds and thousands and hinder the work progress? SCA will review your SOE's, TPP's, SSP's, logbooks, demolition plans, alteration drawings, required items list, and all pertaining documents for compliance. We are experts at navigating BIS and DOB NOW and will assist helping you find or submit the paperwork you need to rectify.

Construction Superintendents & Competent Persons

Local Law 81 of 2017 expanded the responsibilities of the construction superintendent that once only pertained to site safety coordinators and site safety managers. Our supers and competent persons have the required training to provide coverage, days, nights or weekends. 

Site Safety Plans

Effective November 12th, 2018 every job filed with a safety professional require a site safety plan. SSP’s have minimum requirements with certain information to be accepted by plan examiners and inspectors. Our drafters can assure your plans have the necessary information to suit your specific job site. Minor revisions are free of charge!

Safety Training

Local Law 196 of 2017 requires that certain workers at certain job types receive 40 hours of site safety training with supervisors requiring 62 hours.
